Are you afraid of something? What is your typical response to fear? According to WHO data, ' schizophrenia affects 210 million of people in the world, 50% of them were affected because of fear.' It's true that we live in a very diverse world thus we have the different responses. Many people think the response to fear would be screaming, crying, or trying to escape, but for me, a typical response to fear is schizophrenia, which changes how a person thinks, feels, and behaves.

Primarily, schizophrenia would change how a person thinks. Imagine that you heard some voice that no one else heard. These voices may say negative things to you, like saying you’re stupid or worthless. It may tell you someone is trying to harm you or those that you love. According to the NIMH data, “When the schizophrenia considering a problem, they can not think a clear idea, the meaning expressed is always lack of relevance, so that people can not understand what they are thinking about, do not organize, the language is easy to intermittent. There are also patients who talk to themselves, are emotionally unstable, and cry and shout.” When they communicate with people, they do not have a clear, which reduces social skills because people can not get their point.

Subsequently, schizophrenia would change how a person feels. The effects of schizophrenia can prove devastating if left untreated. Imagine that you have both visual and sound hallucinations in your everyday life. Maybe you would feel you have magical powers, like you can fly, or that you’re friends with the president. Patients with a serious case of schizophrenia will think that everything is wrong and then get depression. They may always feel like someone wants to hurt them or talks about him. For example, your friends or your family members are trying to help you, but you think they wanna hurt you. A research would support this idea, the result of researches shown that the concern of relatives makes the patient feel that their care is dangerous to him; the schizophrenic is a little grumpy, often irritable because of a trifle, and very unstable(Anne Whitney, 2012). According to the analyzing, even the closest person can make the schizophrenia patients feel like they are hurting them.

Finally, schizophrenia would change how a person behaves. The patient would always have thoughts of suicide, self-harm or hurting others. According to BBC News, experts, Jeannie Anes says that, 'More than 2 million Americans and their families face these conditions every day because of an illness called schizophrenia. These people and the people around them have an extremely high chance of injury. Obviously, it's not a coincidence.' Imagine being homeless, or having a son or daughter who went missing and has not been heard from in years, but at that time you also need to fight with a healthcare system that is so fragmented that you can’t get what you need to recover from a serious medical illness. You get cranky really easily, and really want to hurt someone, at that time you can not control yourself. From this example people can get the conclusion that the schizophrenia makes it so we can't control ourselves, this does not help us to get the things that we want, instead it hurts the people closest to us.
