1- explain the activity enrolment day
2-what went well? i walked in very nervous but when i got speaking and got all my sign ups and badge sorted and top then be enrolled I felt good and relived it was over and done with.as when I walked out of the college i felt very proud of myself to achieve It.
3-what would you change? I wouldn't change much at all but to feel a lot more3 relaxed then feeling nervous about talking to strangers i might see everyday.

1- explain the activity- in safrons lesson when she asked us to team up and to communicate with one another about what drugs are and what they are for.
2-what went well?- when my group was giving their opiopns on what type of drugs they are and gave exsamples.
3-what would you change?- i would change the fact their was a lot of communictaion but no much eye contact which is key to been polite.

1- explain the activity team work assingment?- in the first few weeks of starting collge there was a lesson of basketball and everyone worked as a team by passing the ball to one another and communicating to one another to get them to listen to know where there passing or shooting.
2-what went well?-It went well by my team all communicating with one another and passing the ball to the right team memebers.
3-what would you change?- i would change the people in my team how they was dribbling the ball to another team member.

1- explain the activity-when there was a group discussion about what they want and like and their opions, then all input of everyone's opions where collaborated together.
2-what went well? that everyone felt that they were heard and everyone listened to everyone.
3-what would you change? I would change the fact i was quite nervous in speaking and giving my opion while everyone staring.

1- explain the activity- me and my sister helped clean the upstairs of my grandparents of their house.
2-what went well?- we both worked as a team, my sister cleaning the windowsill and I hovered the floors , then we did the same in the next room.
3-what would you change?- I would change by me cleaning and my sister hovering, because last time she helped me she put my grandparents stuff in the wrong places but she didn't know so I let her of.

1. explain the motivation activity- I was in the gym and dint have no motivation but I sat on one of the seats that are ones you can use to work out with and even with bear little motivation, i was able to sit and still do exercise.
2. what went well- the fact even having barley any motivation i had succeeded by doing exercise.
3. what would you change- i would change the fact the lack of my motivation skills and should have pushed myself a lot more.

1.explain the activity? doing the bleep test and having a little emotions but pushing myself through tough times like a bleep test as its hard to keep on time of the running from back and forth.
2.what went well? i manged to get a better score then last time and reached my goal.
3.what would you change? i would change to become better at running and good at quick pace.

Evidence 1- I worked in taco bell and it was good at first till the staff showed there true colours and was horrible to me so I quit working at taco bell. what went well? ... it was a great experience at the time but also not the best but at least I got experience in working with other people and public surrounding.

I don't have motivation to come into college most days wondering if my friends are going to be in. when my friends are in college i have lot more motivation to feel happy that i have my friends to talk to, this gives me confidence to come into college and do my work. but even when my friends arnt in I have to push myself and have that motivation to get into college and do my work that's needed.

when supporting my mum with child support to look after my siblings as two are vulnerable and have special needs, i have looked after them while my mum had to go the shops or to work, this is because my mum trusts me and knows their in good hands to know their safe in the house with me.

supporting my grandparents with jobs they are needing to do but arnt capable at their age. so i do any jobs they need me too do as they know the jobs will get done and up to their expectations. i supported my grandparents so they know they have someone to rely on for if they are need of help.

I make a good student when I hand my assignment in on time or even a couple or days before ,even when I have week extension on all my assignments. I make shore to be a good reliable student to know they can count on me getting everything on time, rather then lacking behind.

i take the bins out for my mum every day on Tuesday which can be either the plastic or any of the others and take the the things into a bag to recycle any that needs to be reyscling.

i took leadership by taking charge of my little group that all of us made a bridge that had to be 2 rulers long and had to be sturdy i gave out the instructions on how we could do it and imputed what could make it stronger and the group listed well and it went well and our bridge held a phone from only using Sellotape, pasta and paper.

i took part in a group effort however i wasn't the leader but i took part in helping and giving out ideas how the egg couldn't break and use as much material around it so when it would be dropped it wouldn't break.

i wasn't the leader however i was helping in the group, i helped the groups ideas for the water in the cup, for when we had to build a structure around the cup so when the water was poured into the cup the structure wouldn't move and it was secured.
