Answer:
The theft it’s not a good act and I think that people who doing that things should be punish. But this case is very difficult, we have to do with todays Robinhood who divest money of rich (in that case of bank) and gives to poor people.
I really don’t know what I should do as a eyewitness. Maybe I will be to silent and won't tell the police that I saw something.

I feel real dilemma because problem is very deep and relates to human life.
When I were  on the place of this doctor I wouldn't choose which patien die first. I would focus how to help them when they still alive. Probably that hospital will find some organs for transplantation in other clinic. In the same time somebody from hospital should find that special medicine for sixth pacient.

I should think any item isn't worth to save from burning house and to risk life because no item which are priceless or more important than life. 
Definitely I beg to offer. 

I will runto burning house only to save life - for example if there is somebody or animal I will try to save if above all. I try strain every nerve and I fight with fire.
