This amendment was proposed in 1791 as well as ratified on December 15th, 1791. The 2nd Amendment is about the right to bear arms, or the right to own a weapon at home. A big case that dealt with this amendment was the District of Columbia v. Heller, where 🤬 Heller sued the District of Columbia for not accepting his application to own a firearm, saying that it went against his 2nd Amendment rights. The problem with this amendment was that there were too many unnecessary rules to own a firearm.

The 21st Amendment was proposed February 10th, 1933 and ratified December 5th, 1933. The purpose for the amendment was to repeal the 18th Amendment, which was to prohibit alcohol in the United States (you can drink it, but you can't buy, sell or make it). A case that dealt with this amendment was the Granholm v. Heald and Swedenburg v. Kelly, where a state law violated the amendment on out-of-state wine sellers. The problem that was solved with this amendment was that not making, selling and buying alcohol was ruining the economy, so they repealed it with the 21st amendment to fix the economy.
