The experiences the soldiers at Valley Forge had were very poor they had to suffer through a lock of food, clothes, real food, and deadly diseases all on top of harsh weather conditions. I believe that if I had been fighting in the Continental army while they were at Valley Forge I could have possibly survived because I would have known better than to drink the water with waste in it without at least boiling it first, also, I would have kept my area and camp clean allowing for healthier living and possibly my survival.

I also learned the a man named Baron Von Steubon came to Valley Forge where he taught them new fighting skills, and how to use a bayonet that helped them later in the war.
