His name is Gabriel Lee and he lives in Farlim, Penang. He has 4 siblings and he has 2 sisters and 1 brother. He is usually called Gabriel. He used to study at SJKC Chung Hua (A) for primary school. His ambition is wants to be a programmer because he wants to make good games. He likes to be alone and he doesn’t like sitting outside for so long .
My first impression of him is i really proud to be have a friend like him because he a really amazing boy . I feel really happy when i got to know a new friends because i can study and i can ask what i not understand . Yea like that . I hope this new friendship will be a really amazing friendship by help each other .

Ayid :We are talking about this poster.
Aqish : Teacher just put a new poster at the information
wall.
Dania : We decided to take participate in this activity.
Dania : Would you like to join us?

Syafirah :Erm wait- what poster?

Syafirah : Archery? What is that? I never heard about it
before. It must be a boring sport....

Ayid : Wanna know what?

The first known use of bows and arrows in combat was in 2340BC by the Babylonians. It is believed that bows and arrows have been used for at least 25,000 years based upon the discovery of arrowheads in Africa. Archery is considered to be one of the oldest sports in the world.

Syafirah : Well.. its not that bored as i thought. Tell me
more about this sport!

Dania : Archery is the sport, practice, or skill of using a bow to shoot arrows.

Syafirah : How do you play it?

Aqish : Ah how to play archery is simple
First is stance. Stance prior to shooting the bows stand upright with feet shoulder width apart and feet at 90 degress to the target
Second, grip. keep a relaxed grip on the bow
third, position your fingers at the string withtwo fingers under the arrow and one on top
fourth, draw or pull it back with you hand under your cheek
fifth, Aiming. stay relaxed and aim
and lastly release the arrow to shoot

Syafirah :is there any rules for play this sport?

Dania : Always draw the bow pointed toward the target, with or without arrows. Avoid physical contact with an archer in the shooting position. Do not shoot arrows up into the air. Do not use damaged equipment.

Syafirah :what equipment do we use for archery?

Ayid : You'll have to use Thumbguard, Chest guard, Quiver, Arm guard, Arrow and
Bow.

Aqish :In archery, Archrs not only need physical strength, just by practicing archery, archers will learn patience, focus and self motivation. Its also an easy way to improve hand-eye coordination skills, upper body strength and ballance. Also, if you eat healthy, do workouts or exercises for three or more times a week and practice acrhery a few times a week, you can lose alot of weight over time and it also burns that fat you have been keeping all this time and sculpt your bady shape. and thats why this is my favourite sport after swimming!

Syafirah :wait you like archery sport? since when?

Aqish :since i was 10. the archery was one of the sports taught by one of my swimming coach team in my primary school!
