This traffic also limits the access to the hospital. I decided to include two residential areas, one being more of a bunch of small condos and the other an apartment complex. Both are completely covered in greenery. The condo building has a little garden on the roof and a tenis court on the side of the building. And the common area of the apartments has a pool and a small park located on top of the mall. They both share a two story parking lot space. 
Commercial Area:
The commercial area is mostly made up of the small shops that are below the condos and the big mall at the bottom of the apartment complex. It’s connected to the road, the same road you use to get into the condos and apartments. The commercial area at the bottom of the condos is made up of small convenient stores. And the mall is filled with restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping stores.
Greenery:
Like I had mentioned before, both residential areas are covered in greenery and the condos even have a little roof top garden. And the park has a greenery area surrounding it. And the whole area has flowers and trees incorporated everywhere.
Horizontal and Vertical Space:
When looking at the drawing for this challenge, you can see how the one of the residential areas is vertical and the other one is horizontal. By taking advantage of the space on top of the mall, you can optimize all the space you were given. I focused on two things for my design this time around. After doing my research, I noticed that most main compact apartments problems were storage space and the way the beds consumed half of a room. So I thought why not integrate the two? Within my shoebox, you will see three beds. One being a sofa that can convert into a bed at any time, another that could change into a drawer when flipped over and finally one that takes advantage of vertical and horizontal space. You can also see how there are many different floors. I did this using vertical and horizontal space, by doing so I optimized the space I had within the box. And finally I used a sliding door to be able to place the stairs next to the rooms.
