Players will experience how these impact interactions in a multicultural society and will gain an understanding of the challenges of cultural awareness and intercultural sensitivity in multi-cultural settings. Additionally, a VR environment represents a safe space to reflect on possible actions regarding such issues at an individual, community and corporate level. VR also allow players to work on their own communication styles and devise ways to interact positively while using a diversity lens when dealing with diverse communities. It can also represent a safe space to tackle serious issues of discrimination and racism in our everyday life.
