Hispanics tend to vote for both parties, not specifically one over the other. However many Hispanics are very religion oriented making the Republican vote more appealing. </div>]]></description>

Although arrests have been declining for more than a decade, possession of up to 2 ounces of marijuana is a Class B misdemeanor, which can be punishable by up to 180 days in jail.</div>]]></description>
