The website also covers the risk of using such currencies, which I feel is valuable knowledge to have before investing in digital currencies. 
A piece of information that I found useful, was the fact that you get taxed on digital currency profits. Something that I learned off this website, was how many different companies there are that have such a large market cap. This cap provides it with more value making it more rare and valuable. Digital currency is made off of the trust that people put in it. Bitcoin only holds the value that we allow it to have. It is also explained how Bitcoin is compared to gold because of the values that it shares.
