The instructor did not pick this image but I find it very striking. I asked my friends what they saw in it and many of them saw health and wellness. Of course there were a couple of outliers who saw it as more dark and I can see that too (they are both gamers so... you know)

I used a photo of one of my kitties as the structure reference and I used one of my paintings as the style reference. Needless to say I was blown away by the result.

I created a black and white image of a jellyfish using a silhouette image in firefly as the style reference. I then used the b/w jelly image as the structure reference and a design/palette I created for fabric as the style reference. I almost fell off the chair. This one the first experiment of mashing up my art/design with imagery and I was shocked in the very best way.

The initial image was created in Firefly and was one of the options I generated to depict beginner's mind. I was in one of the workshops for express I believe when I created this. I put some arched text on it that said, "I am here to learn" and then the workshop facilitator showed us the translate. So, I had to translate to Spanish as there are many at ASU who are Spanish speaking. And, then changed it to our brand gold (which I am sure the workshop facilitator was showing us at the time.)

I'm brand new to all of these tools, and while I've tried to follow along I've been overwhelmed by all the new groovy gadgets and terms. I took a minute to practice after the week's sessions have ended, and this is what I came up with. (Dual citizenship - FYI!)
