I acknowledge that we are still fighting for equality, but what I mean is that once that ball started rolling, it did not stop. Women were communicating with each other to discuss what needed to change and worked with each other to make change.&nbsp;For instance, at the beginning of my timeline it is almost year after year a woman has done something to improve the last method within education. </div>]]></description>
