Make Learning Important: Students should be ready to receive the instruction. This means they must have their classroom material on top of the desk, pencil sharpen , and be in Voice level 0-1. During instruction time, bathroom breaks are not allowed unless it is an emergency and eyes, body should toward the teacher.

Use kind words: Use a proper language inside and outside the classroom. Curses are not acceptable in the school. 

Restroom breaks: Students need to show hand signals to go to the restroom. They can go 5 minutes before the class finishes or 5 minutes after class transition. Avoid going to the restroom  during instruction time.

Calm and avoid yelling:
We don’t ever need to yell. Or even raise our voice in frustration. Unless there is a situation that danger to students. This is also a way to show respects.

Use polite and respect tone and words:
Teachers and students should ask nicely and use words like “Please” and “Thank you.”Instead of demanding that the student stops doing something, we would walk him through some questions that get him to reveal what he thinks about his posting habits and how he might be making others feel. Then we ask him to stop. Ask, not tell. It’s hard because asking means he could say no. And he might. Then we get some more patience overnighted and ask again next time. Because asking shows respect.

Avoid threats:
When teachers aren’t careful, it’s not hard for our demands to morph into threats. Just stick an “If” at the beginning and a “then” in the middle, or a “You’d better” at the start and an “or else” at the end, and we just switched from demanding to threatening
Our tone can make all the difference. The same exact words said with different vocal tone can change normal words to a threat, or vice versa. And our tone leaks out of our hearts, from those dark corners we have that are lacking joy, peace, patience, gentleness, and self-control.

Keep everyone inclusive:
 Example of Withdrawing: “We’re not talking about this anymore. Say another word and you’re outta here.”
Example of Engaging: (Getting at their level one-on-one privately) “I’m sorry if I sound frustrated…that’s my issue and I’ll work through it. I still want to show you respect, but it’s getting difficult. I’m going to give you another chance to ______. I know you can ______, and I believe in you. We’re going to improve things then talk about this after class.”
       Then we finish class, come back with a calmer heart, and talk about things. And when we apologize to them for our over-reactions, continue showing them respect, and daring them to their potential, they are more likely to realize we still care about them and aren’t abandoning or stone-walling them. It might be a little bit about them, but it’s a lot about us. They see us modeling self-control and digging into our own hearts and will eventually learn how to do this difficult process themselves.

In any conversation, it is rude to interrupt. For some reason, though, people forget. So we should always show respect to each other.
There are lots of other skills for becoming both an intentional and empathetic listener. But for now, try this:

Always tell the truth:
Teachers' rules have to make sense. You have to explain them. This is a good thing. I know many of us might be afraid to let our children see the man behind the curtain. We’re hesitant to explain the rules because it’s hard. It takes work. And some of us are fearful that the more we explain to our kids, the more we’ll learn our rules aren’t fair. Our eight-year-old might even point it out to us.
