Lizzie Borden was a 32 year old women who killed both her step mom and her father. Prier to the murders they all three got into and argument, so both her and sister went on a extended vacation to get some space. Lizzie's mother died when she was much younger and Lizzie never really got over it, it was said she had some trauma from it. One day the Lizzie altered the maid Lizzie's step mom and father were brutally murdered. It was said that the step mom was killed first and then the father after he got home form work. They were both brutally murderer with a hatchet. While the investigators were investigating Lizzie burned a dress that she claimed had "paint" on it. Eventually she was freed from being accused and lived happily ever after in a mansion with her sister .

I believe that Lizzie did murder her father and her step mother.

In the reading it says that Lizzie had grained trauma from her mother death. Also the trauma probably returned after her father got remarried, and trauma can make people do crazy things

I learned people in this time period had no faith in women, or though they could be dangerous. I think it is relevant to open cold cases, so the family can get some closures and also now we have better investigation tools and integrators.

Lizzie Borden is the villian because, her sister was out of town and her uncle wasn't even questioned. Also her uncle had no motive but Lizzie did have motives and also her burning the dress was a very suspicious move. And she didn't even seem sad when her dad or step mom died. Also why would she alert the maid about the murder instead of just getting help herself
