After our very first game, I noticed that I was not very good at basketball and I did not know the rules very well so I would try to go out and practice basketball everyday and whenever a professional game came on I would watch it so that I could understand the rules better.

So I would always go to ILA for cougar den and tutorials so that I could learn what I did wrong on that editing sheet and not make the same mistake as last time. Later on, in the year after a lot of times going to ILA to fix my editing, I eventually got commendable at editing. 

 This associates with the theme because even though I was not  facile at editing I did not give up on trying to get a good grade on the worksheets and eventually I got satisfactory at editing.

It took a long time for me to beat him but sooner or later I beat him in a game.
