My practical start on 8 a.m.
Today, my senior teach me about the flow of the program that we will always handle.

Firstly, he give a briefing about the Outrec activity, rules, ethics and others. After that, we start our practical with the first practical which is Ice - Breaking. Through this activity, he teach me how to handle the Ice - Breaking suitable with the amount of the participant. In Ice - Breaking have many type of games such as bang bang, focus activity and the end of the Ice - Breaking we will divide a participants in a group in creatively.

Secondly, my activity for today is Jungle trekking. Through this activity, they show me the how and what should I do. This is also for activity (campaign). So they show and explain about the check point in the jungle. For the example, it have a Tongkat Ali check point. At this check point, the person in charge should know and explain to the participants.

Thirdly, the senior explain about the obstacle activity. Through this they explain how to handle and how to explain to the participant. It have 8 obstacle and it depends on the customer demand for their activity.

Last but not least, for today I also attend the meeting for the program that will handle soon. Lastly, we discuss in a group based on our task.

So the input that I got for today is I learned how to manage the outdoor program, what should be prepare for the activity, and also how to conduct with others person that from different background.

My practical start on 8.00 a.m.
Today I learned my practical are continue with another TOT (Training of Trainer).

Firstly, my activity is training how to conduct and play the archery. From this learning, they introduced more about the archery. Such as,the theory of archery activity, the part of the archery, type of the archery (Bow and Baby Bow), how to used and the safety when the archery activity.

Secondly, activity is focusing about the simulation of the team building activity - explorace - (briefing about the activity and visit the track ). Through this activity, they teach me more about how to conduct the activity based on the number of participants, time, and based on the situation.

Thirdly, they show me the equipment in the store, how to arrange and also the location of the equipment. At the same time I learn to prepare the equipment for the coming soon camp.

Fourtly, Night walk activity that starting from 10.30 p.m until midnight. This activity is for preparation for the next camp. this activity is one of the activity that always conduct by Outrec.

Today I continued my TOT activity by learning and guide from the other staff.

My leader for coming soon camp, brief me about the tentative of the camp, the task and chronology of the camp. Through this activity, we also do a discussion and share our own opinion.

Next, from the other staff they brief me about the explorace activity in theory and practical and also how it works. They also draftly explain about the certification design, quotation, invoice, cop and the resit.

Lastly, I help the other staff to repair the teks for the opening and closing ceremony.

Secondly, discussion for division of task for Program SK Batu Berendam (next event). Besides that, our leader also brief me about the flow of the program on Saturday.

Thirdly, I help to prepare a letter for the event. this letter to inform about the program. After that I show it to my leader and other staff and I repair it back.

Lastly, I and other staff we recheck the place that the program will be organise.

Next, my activity is I help to manage a Check point. That's check point is an activity called Pipe Leaking. Objective of Pipe Leaking is for build a team building among the students. After settled the program I help to clearance the place that we used for the event.
