Body awareness it is how conscious and connected you are to your own body. It’s also known as kinesthesia, or the awareness of the position and movement of body parts in relation to muscles and joints.

Forehead: forming facial expressions; protecting the eyes

Eyes: sense of sight

Eyebrow: protecting the eyes from foreign particles

Mouth: eating; talking; breathing; sense of taste

hand: fine motor skills (writing, pinching, gripping)

Nose: breathing; sense of smell; keeping out foreign particles

Ear: sense of hearing; maintaining balance

Chest: protecting lungs and heart; assisting in arm movement

Finger: helping with grip; sense of touch; gesturing (pointing, hand signals, etc.)

Hand: fine motor skills (writing, pinching, gripping)

Leg: keeping the body stable; walking; running; bending the body

Knee: bending the leg; supporting weight of the upper body

Foot: walking; supporting body weight; propelling the body forward

Toe: providing balance while walking; distributing body weight
