         <description><![CDATA[<div>I wonder if it would be a good idea to have semester-long projects in classes. Something like the "wild boar" example in that Harvard Ed article. Let students frame their projects according to their interests and then teach skills within those individual frames.I used to do that with I-Search research projects that would last for months. Loved that structure. Students were motivated, and there was some great peer-to-peer learning and more time for teacher-student conferencing within the classroom.</div>]]></description>
