Oral expression is one of the top four KSAs of Workplace Relations Advisers (job outlook 2022) 

My current level of competency is deficient, novice. By joining the UniSA toastmasters club, I hope to have the opportunity to practice and enhance my oral expression skills in a friendly and fun environment (UNISA 2022). After six months of joining the volunteering, I will ask other members or workmates to evaluate my performance to see whether I've gained my goal of having an intermediate level of oral comprehension.

By applying to the Student Exchange at UniSA, I hope to have an opportunity to gain experience and an understanding of biases in different cultures, and people and it will also open my eyes to the other possibilities. it will also give me the experience to live independent.

After I came back, I will ask one of the teachers to evaluate my understanding of biases to see whether I achieve my goal of having an intermediate level of knowledge of biases.
