One can argue that this can be used as an establishing shot and I will be using this a lot in my own production as I’m doing a promotional video and I need to capture the scenery and capture the environment. Good, but it's also worth mentioning that you will need to make sure you have enough 'coverage' to cover a scene i.e. have enough mid shots, close ups to give you options in the edit. The shots up to this point have been very fast pace to cause tension and anxiety for the viewers, this is a good tactic to keep them reeled in wanting to known what’s going to happen next.
