Broken into 4 phases:<br>1) carbs are dramatically reduced, lean proteins are encouraged as well as olive oil, greens and vegetables. Fruits are cut out and replaced with Atkins bars<br>2) Re-introduce foods you originally cut out as you have more control in phase 2<br>3) Adding more carbs in <br>4) maintain physical activity and stick to how you've been eating</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think this diet is fairly healthy compared to healthy eating. Your getting lots of nutrition from vegetables and high protein. The body does need some carbs though which this diet does not allow. Atkins diet also doesn't allow fruit which I believe is very important to daily eating. </div>]]></description>
