https://padlet.com/SMCC/eguq1vkhgc1r Please make sure you are verifying the patron information on the Healthways site and entering the 16-digit number into SportsMan (with the dashes) when you set up the account. If they are not eligible on Healthyways, they cannot sign up until they have contacted their insurance or Healthways and show on the site as eligible. If they aren't eligible, I will be holding the accounts every month when I see it until they are verified as eligible. We do get reimbursed for their attendance through Healthways, which is why the process is so important. If you have questions on the process it is explained in the manual (if I'm not here), or just call and I'll come show you.
