         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Hygiene factors </em></strong><em>are essential job factors for existence of motivation at a workplace. Although it does not lead to positive satisfaction for long term, but if these factors are nonexistent at a workplace then they will lead to dissatisfaction. Hence it is essential for employees and do not make them dissatisfied. The hygiene factors symbolized the physiological needs which an individual wants and expectations to be fulfilled. These factors consists of :</em></div><ul><li>Pay - The salary structure should be reasonable. Salary must be equal and competitive to those in the same departments.</li><li>Company policy and administrative policy - Companies should be fair and clear and not to be too rigid. Which translates to flexible working hours, breaks, dress code and vacations.</li><li>Fringe benefits - Employees must be offered health care plans, employee help programs, benefits for the family members.</li><li>Physical working conditions - Working environment must be safe, clean and hygienic. Additionally, working equipment should be updated and well-maintained.</li><li>Status - The employees status within the organization should be familiar and retained.</li><li>Interpersonal relations -  There should be no conflict or humiliation element regarding to the relationship of the employees and their superiors.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hilton Hotel treats their employees as a family would treat one another. They value their employees health and satisfaction.<br>Below are a few ways to make the employees feel fulfilled :<br><br></div><ol><li> All new parents receive two weeks paid time off, plus an additional eight weeks for new birth mothers. And adoptive parents are reimbursed up to $10,000.</li><li>Hilton has their health insurance covers for their employees such as medical care, vision care, mental health care, fertility treatments, dental care, prescription drug subsidy, alternative treatments. (such as acupuncture, homeopathy, or chiropractic.)</li><li>Onsite health benefits are also provided by Hilton to their employees such as flu shots and fitness centers.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Motivational factors </strong>gives employees the positive satisfaction in work. These are the factors involved in performing the job. The motivators symbolized the psychological needs that were perceived as an additional benefit thus, employees will aim for a superior performance. <br>Motivational factors includes :</div><ul><li>Recognition - Whenever the employee performs well, they should be recognized for their accomplishments by their superiors.</li><li>Sense of achievement - In order to spark the employee's sense of achievement, superiors must show that there must be a fruit of some sort in the job.</li><li>Growth and promotional opportunities - Superior should show that there are advancement opportunity in the organization to motivate the growth and performance of the employees.</li><li>Responsibility - Managers should allow employees the ownership of the work. They should minimize control but retain accountability</li><li>Meaningfulness of the work - Managers should show that the work itself should be meaningful, challenging and interesting for the employees perform and to get motivated.</li></ul><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Interpersonal relationship</strong></div><div>In Hilton, the management refer their employees as team member, eliminating the barriers of hierarchy allowing for more smooth flow of ideas and communication. Besides, employees do participate in certain decision making processes which may happen abruptly. This in turn would allow for a better relationship between the employers and employees. Besides, working at Hilton, is not only a one way street where feedback only goes to the employees about their work performance. Employees are encouraged to give feedback to Hilton regarding their job satisfaction and ways they could improve.<br><br><strong>Rewards and Recognition<br></strong>&nbsp;Hilton recognizes the commitment, role and significance of its employees. That is why Hilton offers employees with many perks such as their Team Member Travel program which offers employees deep discounts on room rates and food and beverages. Besides that, Hilton have a bonus scheme designed to reward equally an entire team which has achieved or bettered its targeted profit. To reinforce the idea that good service is important, Hilton regularly rewards employees through two programs used at both owned and franchised hotels. One, called “Catch Me at My Best,” gives customers the opportunity to nominate employees who provide especially good service. Winners get cash awards and merchandise. A second program, called “Spirit of Pride,” has employees nominating other employees for customer-service recognition. Winners get a cash reward and a celebration in their honor. Through these programs, Hilton would see an increase in performance of employees<br><br><strong>Sense of achievement</strong><br>Hilton Human Resource department, gives a performance review to their employees to allow their employees to understand how their performance throughout a certain period of time is. Through that, they may understand their contribution towards the organization or which area in which they need to work harder on. <br><strong><br>Growth and promotional opportunities&nbsp;</strong></div><div>Hilton provides its employees with training or self-enhancing programs to ensure their employees are always of standards to their reputation. They emphasized that their employees are one of the sole reason of their success.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Departmental teams are departments consisting of individuals that relates to a specialty or focus that the individual has already mastered and with everyone working towards achieving goals outlined in the company's mission statement. Being said that, Hilton has many departments in the organization or a hotel alone. There are the corporate jobs which specialized in accounting and finance, administrative,  architecture and design, asset management and so on. Besides that, Hilton also have the F&amp;B department ( food and beverages) which is mainly handling the food and beverages served to the customers. In addition, sales and marketing department is also one of the departments which handles sales, timeshare marketing, marketing services, brand marketing, online marketing and digital sales.<br> </div>]]></description>

Walk-in recruitment is defined as a situation wherein a person (who may be a new employee) arrives at a place or an office without any prior appointment. Walk-in can benefit Hilton Hotel as candidates clearing the interview will mostly be given the offer letter right after the interview. This will benefit Hilton Hotel as it rapidly fills in empty positions. In addition, recruitment is done in bulk hence, the cost of hiring per candidate is less. Skilled and talented candidates are more often to pop up as walk-ins are mainly conducted on the weekend.<br><br>Hilton Hotel can also rely on a third-party sourcing which involves hiring a placement agency or headhunter to look for qualified job candidates.
