I believe the 'Travel' poem would appeal to Bilbo's Tookish side because Bilbo's Tookish side loves traveling and adventures, and the poem 'Travel' talks about how great it is to travel, and all the things you can do if you traveled. What convinces Bilbo to leave his home in the Shire is that he got convinced by the Dwarves talking about gold and treasure, and his Tookish side convinced him that he should go on an adventure and see more.

I think that this poem would definitely appeal to Bilbo's Tookish side because the poem is about adventure and fantasy which is basically what Bilbo's Tookish side is all about. I think he left his home in the Shire because he wanted to experience this "adventure".

I think it somewhat would, the poem is about adventure, which is a trait of the Tookish side, however, the poem is imaginative, Bilbo isn't imaginative in the story so far. The dwarves were pestering Bilbo to leave .

The poem would appeal to Bilbo's Tookish side because it is all about going on an adventure. I think he was convinced to leave his home in the Shire because Gandalf and the dwarves pressured him into going. Also, he does not want to appear weak. He wants to appear his best for Gandalf and the dwarves.

I think that This would appeal to his "Tookish side" because the Took side loved adventures and would disappear for weeks at a time. So he has a dormant feeling deep down that he likes adventures. He is convinced by the dwarves and treasure. Also his Tookish side always wanted to go on an adventure. He is also a very kind person and is not good at saying no.
