Although they do not looks like link to commerce very tight, but they could change the way of treating the society and surrounding environment, and then change ourselves at the end.
As a international and epileptic student, since everyone looks me differently, I need to treat everything in a right way and finally making my self to believe that the futural society will be good and equal to people who are similar to my situation.

Achieve my goals:
To achieve my goals are really difficult to finish in the future. Because it is hard to imagine the details of futural plan and goals. And then to prepare the requirements are necessary. Also, to achieve the goals has to maintain the relationships in collective as well. By achieving these goals just like to finish a choir's performance in new year, it needs lots of negotiation, working and practicing. It is not only important like achieving goals, but also important about keep the plan. 
To keep the plan and the processes to it are very important for achieving plan or goals. It is difficult enough to keep the plan, otherwise it is easy to change the plan and it may cause different way of dealing the goals or achieving goals. Most of the successful people would continue their work until they finish them 100%. And it is not easy to finish these works by following a plan or goal, just following it slowly. Like when we were learning playing piano, the teacher said:"Make the sounds slowly and softly." And we just followed and did whatever she said. It is the same philosophy as that class.

The changes are so many and works on both myself and the group, everyone looks like really different compare with the beginning of the course.  Actually, the changes may happen on any person and group which take this kind of training. For example, when I was a volunteer of Beijing Olympic, I worked with a ticketing office that comes from Switzerland. Their ways of working and dealing with problems are very different than I learned, but we still negotiate very well. Compare with that time period, I learned a lot of group working and personal responsibilities had to be finished. The benefits of change about the personal and group's training are presented on the understanding of mutual differences, working on the same goal, and take own responsibilities.(pg.3)These elements may effect my ways of working like working speed, efficiency, change my mode of thinking and so on.
Developing personal qualities:
Developing personal qualities are the responsibilities which presented on the myself and this way of developing that I have never stopped. Since I was six or seven year old, I started to learn piano, and when I finished the elementary, I started to learn euphonic singing and also keep reading books. These knowledge and ways of learning made me understanding the ways of communicating and understanding.
Building relationships within groups:
Building relationships with groups required good techniques of communicating. It is not easy to do, but for me, it is easier than writing essays. I have met lots of foreigners before and I know how to communicate with them. I usually start by chatting with people to find out same or similar interests. And the most important and difficult ting about building relationships is to keep the relationships and make the relationships in the same level.
Creating outcomes:
Creating outcomes becomes the final part of group's work.  It required the work to present the cooperation of the group and the presenting of personalities. To creating outcomes need action plan for future and the actions to make the plan becomes real. It is like the beginning of semester, everyone needs to introduce themselves and then started to get to know each other and make a group in the following

For my personal vision, Leadership is a very important skill for presenting the personal qualities, abilities and responsibilities.(pg.14) I think the ways of dealing problems, communicating, and presenting selves are the obviously to see the reflections of personal leadership. Leadership covers a lot of personal inner qualities of working personal or in a group. As my own backgrounds and experiences, envisioning of leadership is necessary, especially for dealing with my shortcoming. Since I had joined the best children's choir of China, I actually know that the working between groups in a collective needs personal leadership and the co-operation between groups and teams very much. 
It is important to understand the importance of ISFP(pg.125). It represents caring, gentle, modest, adaptable, sensitive, observant, cooperative, loyal, trusting, spontaneous, understanding and harmonious. Get to know my own characteristics is necessary because
they have different meanings and it made people have known about their own different characteristics. It may represent different strengths and weakness of disposition. I could get to avoid some different weakness of my characteristics. It looks like my characteristics for working are fit for most of jobs’ requirements. Especially it has harmonious would fit for most of team’s requirements. Also, I have loyal, trusting and spontaneous would fit for long time periods workings’ requirements. 

leadership goals and brief rationale about pursuing each goal:
The leadership goals and brief rationale could pursue each goal by setting the clear and right direction. And then, start to arrange the make the actions into the real society and business. To make the goals become achievable but not only stay on imagination, to know the differences of each personal are important and so does personal limits. Based on the knowledge of personal and group's limits, the knowledge of self's limitation and self development are necessary whichever collective you joined in.
