         <description><![CDATA[<div>AITSL 4.3&nbsp;</div><div>Initially, the upset students behaviour was increasingly disruptive to the class, causing speculation and overall distraction to the lessons tasks. For this reason as well as the students wellbeing it was suggested kindly that they step outside for a drink and a moment to collect themselves. In doing this, it allowed the opportunity to address the rest of the class, and get them back on task. When the student returned it was apparent they were still upset, and presumably emotionally fragile. To avoid recurrence of the disruptive behaviour of loudly crying and visible upset, I spoke with the student softly and gently, asking them how the wanted to address the scenario.&nbsp;</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
