         <description><![CDATA[<p>Malden Mills is a textile company that almost burned up on December 11, 1995. The company has recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.</p><p>The chief executive Aaron M. Feuerstein, decided to still pay his out of work workers. He is regarded as a hero because of his commitment to his employees and community.</p><p>Recently, however, the company has been doing bad financially. Mr. Feuerstein asked his creditors for additional money in exchange for filing for bankruptcy protection.</p><p>His employees and customers have been very supportive, like agreeing for salary freezes or sending donations.</p><p>He never wanted these in exchange for his actions, he was trying to do the right thing he believed in.</p><p>Some experts think this is a bad strategy and he should focus on making a profitable business.</p><p>But in the end he is still getting support from others because of his past actions.</p>]]></description>
