         <description><![CDATA[<p>I noticed that many of the hexagons would fit into multiple different categories. One of the things that we discussed as a team was how we could incorporate this into our classroom. Two of the ladies teach elementary school, so they discussed pairing the activity with a visual. For math, we discussed making this a vocabulary activity. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I noticed that  most of the hexagons were ambiguous. Many of them fit into several different categories and were able to connect to different hexagons. I also noticed that as teachers we were looking at each one through a different view point. One person looked at "collaboration" through the view of a teacher while another looked at it via a students perceptive. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>We centered our terms around <strong>goal-setting </strong>and made connections from there. Goal-setting is one of those very broad terms, there are multiple ways to begin goal-setting and one of those first ones is to begin with <strong>purpose, </strong>what is the reason you have that goal. We also connected <strong>ownership</strong> to goal-setting because in order for one to set a goal, it needs to be your own goal and what you want to achieve. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>We started with goal setting and worked our way around the table adding how each of our hexagons related to <strong>goal settings</strong>. We noticed that the other two connections that were stronger were <strong>tools</strong> and <strong>ownership</strong>. Tools can be branched into many different aspects and also allows a universal way to provide purpose in learning. Ownership is another key to goal setting since it allows people a structured choice of how to collaborate with others and expression their engagement and actions.</p>]]></description>
