1) Why did early humans migrate to North America?
Early humans could have migrated to North America for a number of different reasons. Long ago they may have moved because of the cold weather. Cold weather made it hard to find food. They also may have moved because their food moved. Some also say they may have migrated just to find new land and discover new things. They migrate across the land bridge to get to North America. The land bridge was a strip of land connecting North America and Asia during the ice age. The land bridge was present because during the ice age the water level was low. Meredith F. Small, an anthropologist, states all of this in the link below. http://www.livescience.com/7640-humans-migrate-americas.html
2) Who were the 1st Americans?
The first Americans were Indians. Indians didn't call themselves that. They called themselves "the people" in various languages. There were many different groups/tribes.

1.) Why did early humans migrate to North america?
I think the early humans migrated because of the climate the climate played an important role because climate controlled food because if it is too hot and something needs to live in the cold then the animal is gonna die, so they will not have and much food. Also, when the land bridge was revealed that made new migration routes/trails. This is why I think the early americans came to North America.
http://www.npr.org/2012/09/17/161278993/what-drove-early-man-across-globe-climate-change
2.) Why did early Americans migrate to North America?
Early Americans migrated to North American for possibly many different reasons, but I think that the main reason may have been that they needed food and possibly warmer weather to grow food, one thing that we also have to realize is when did the land bridge become able for people to walk across. They first people may have migrated because of food earlier then when they did but they may have been unable to because the land bridge did not have any animals or things to eat.
http://www.history.com/news/new-study-refutes-theory-of-how-humans-populated-north-america

2.)

1)
Generally, people migrate because of climate. The climate could make droughts occur often, or floods, or maybe make things to hot. Another things that could compel these people to migrate would be because they were following herds. Humans like to wipe out food, and eat all that they find, so they could have been doing just that, and then not realize that they made it to a new land. It also be just as simple as they were just wanting a new adventure. I personally think that all of these were the reasons that people migrated to North America.
http://www.livescience.com/7640-humans-migrate-americas.html

2)
There are many theories on who were the first americans, and I believe that the correct one is that the first Americans came over on a land bridge. The bridge would have been there before Columbus came over, so when he did, all the people who came had already made a life there.
https://ows.edb.utexas.edu/site/hight-kreitman/land-bridge-theory

1.) Why did early humans migrate to North America?

Early humans migrated to North America for many reasons, but I believe that the main reason is that they had a loss of food because of the climate. First, early Americans had a shortage of food because of animal extinction, which could be the cause of bad weather which brings in germs that kill animals. Also, early humans such as the Indians became farmers once they came to North America. And the reason why they came was for food, so they decided to be farmers and grow crops such as; corn, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and squash. This states that because of the moving to North America that humans now have a better climate and more food choices. http://www.livescience.com/7640-humans-migrate-americas.html

2.)Who were the 1st Americans?

The 1st Americans and the Indians. There were 75 million Indians living in South and North America when Christopher Columbus arrived. Columbus was the one who gave the Native Americans the name of Indians. Indians refer to each other as "The people." The Indians came here on a land bridge is right between Asia and North America. I believe the Indians have already made their own homes and ways of life before Columbus came. (Blue book 19-23)

They also might have come because the climates they were living in had become either to hot, or too cold, or a drought could make people walk far into a unknown place. Once in America, since they learned how to farm and animals were easier to come by, they settled down and make certain things now called artifacts.
http://www.livescience.com/7640-humans-migrate-americas.html
2.

1) Why did early humans migrate to North America? Need to cite this source.
Early humans could have migrated to North America for many reasons. The first is that the weather back where they came from was not the best. It could have been too hot or too cold. Too wet or too dry. This would impact their food sources and drive them to inhabit and new, undiscovered area. Another reason they may have migrated here is because they could. After all, thousands of people have moved around the world because they could, or even to just get a new life. Who's to say humans thousands of years ago weren't the same? One more reason people could have come here is because they were following herds of big game as a food source. It was a reliable food source, so why not? In conclusion there are many reasons why early humans may have migrated from Asia to the Americas.

2) Who were the first Americans?
The first Americans were definitely Asians that travelled over the Pacific Ocean somehow and then settled down eventually after their genes mutated over the extended amount of time they spent here, causing them to begin to look like how "Amerindians" look like today. Scientific evidence has proven that people have existed in the Americas since at least 16,000 years ago. But the only question is, how did they get there? There are two theories, and both work. The first is that people crossed over Beringia, a land bridge that existed during the last great ice age. The only problem is that the time that existed is much more recent than the most ancient bones. Otherwise, it is pretty valid. The second theory is more probable, being that people got here by boat. It would make sense about how people got father down the two continents, but who knows? All we know for sure is that the first Americans were Asian immigrants. Whose genes eventually mutated.
http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2015/01/first-americans/hodges-text

1) They may have migrated because they had a shortage of food. Also, natural disasters may have destroyed their shelters which caused them to migrate. Another possibility is that they were chasing down their prey, and there prey led them across the land bridge into North
America. http://www.livescience.com/7640-humans-migrate-americas.html
2) 1) Early humans traveled to North America using a land bridge. Early humans wanted to come to North America for more food, more land and overall they wanted freedom.

1. Why did early humans migrate to North America?
There are a multitude of reasons that early humans migrated to North America. The first reason is probably because of their climate. The temperature could have swayed too far in one direction. Or, there could have been to long/wet of a flood or to long/dry of a drought for people to survive in. The second reason could be that they were in danger. At that time certain religions, cultures, or even race weren't tolerated in that area.

http://www.livescience.com/7640-humans-migrate-americas.html

2. Either way it involves the people that crossed the land bridge. In the 1900's, archaeologist found some spear points next to mammoth bones. Later, we found out that the oldest site was 11,400 years old.

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2003/09/0903_030903_bajaskull.html

You need to cite where you got these answers from.

Who were the first Americans? People that were from Asia that traveled here on a land bridge connected to Russia and Alaska people were here for food and some other reasons as well and the people are the that lived there. 2.Why did early humans migrate to North America? One of the most possible thing that could of happened would be they crossed the the land bridge that was connected to Russia and Alaska so they traveled there for hotter climates or they fallowed the animals they hunt. Maybe the natives in Asia kicked them out because there was little space to live there as well.

1.) Why did early humans migrate to North America?
Early humans may have migrated to America due to the temperature and weather changing in extreme manners. This threat could have influenced ancient peoples to move across the Bering Strait and to America. A few other reasons people could have moved to America is the food supply was diminishing in their previous homes, or conflicts over land or hunting rights. One last reason they could have moved is they wanted a new place to live, or a new lifestyle and they found it in America.
http://www.livescience.com/7640-humans-migrate-americas.html
2.) Who were the first Americans?
According to the Baja California Study, excavated skulls show proof that the original American settlers were Southeast Asians who settled the Americas about 13,500 years ago. American Indians represent the facial features of Mongolia, Siberia and China, however there are many skulls in Baja California that do not represent these same features. This could be proof that Native Americans were not the original settlers of the Americas. Scientists have found a skeleton that dates back more than 11,000 years ago, however the skeleton's facial features most closely resemble the Aborigines in Australia, not Native Americans. This discovery leads scientists to believe that the first Americans were called Paleoamericans and had migrated from Australia. This group of people most likely was either destroyed or interbred with the invading Mongoloids from the North.
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2003/09/0903_030903_bajaskull.html

Why did Early Humans migrate to North America?

There could have been many reasons for early human migration to North America, but one of the more obvious ones is because they were not that well off in their home. Long ago, that might have been caused by climate change. It might have become too cold, or too hot, or too wet, which made life very hard. Climate change also affects food supply. The early humans may have been following a herd across Beringia to North America.
http://www.livescience.com/7640-humans-migrate-americas.html

Who were the first Americans?

The first Americans are believed to be Asians, and Native
Americans descend from these first Asian explorers. No doubt, the earliest Americans were rough. Male skeletons showed injuries of often fights, and female skeletons were smaller with signs of malnourishment and domestic abuse. No one is 100% positive on when the first Americans came though. In 1908, a cowboy found the remains of a giant bison that had roamed the continent over 10,000 years ago. Not long after, spear points dating over 13,000 years old were found. Archeologists and researchers might find something older soon. Anyways, the question still is asked. How did the first Americans get here? There are a few theories to answer this question. The first theory is the land bridge between Asia and North America. But, this theory was proven improbable as if people came before the last Ice Age, then the land bridge would not have been revealed. Another theory is they came by boat. This makes more sense, as they could have used boats at the time of when they came. Nonetheless, the first North Americans were Asian Immigrants.
http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2015/01/first-americans/hodges-text

1) Why did the early Americans migrate to North America?
One of the reasons why early Americans migrated to North America was because of floods, weather, and temperature change. These things can definitely cause people to move. Food could have also been another problem. Many of the animals that the early Americans hunted became extinct. Another possibility was that their pray led them across the land bridge, into North America.
http://www.livescience.com/7640-humans-migrate-americas.html
2) Who were the first Americans?
The first Americans are people who descended from northeast Asia, arriving over a land bridge between Siberia and Alaska about 12,000 years ago.

(1 Why did the early humans migrate to North America?

Why did the early humans migrate across the Bering Land Bridge all those years ago? There are a few reasons that these events occurred. For example, climate. Climate was very unstable at this time and life seemed to be a struggle for the people of siberia. No matter what it was, the weather was never the same. This could have caused them to want to immigrate. Another reason would be possible conflict. Conflicts between other tribes or peoples around the Natives could’ve started conflict. (http://www.livescience.com/7640-humans-migrate-americas.html)

(2 Who were the first Americans?
Despite the term “Christopher Columbus Discovered America”, the first people to live in the Americas were tribes called Native Americans. However, how they got here is a debatable topic. Some believe that people from the northeast part of Asia used the Bering Land Bridge as a bridge to cross and settle in the Americas. Others believe things along the lines of southeast Asians being the people who came over on the bridge first.
