         <title>Evaporation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p><strong>What happens:</strong><br>Evaporation occurs when the <strong>Sun heats up water</strong> from oceans, rivers, lakes, or even the ground, turning it from a <strong>liquid</strong> into a <strong>gas (water vapour)</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>How it works:</strong><br>The heat energy gives water molecules enough energy to escape from the surface into the atmosphere. This process removes water from the Earth’s surface and moves it into the air.</p></li><li><p><strong>Example:</strong><br>When a puddle disappears after a sunny day, that’s evaporation! The water has turned into vapour and risen into the atmosphere.</p></li></ul>]]></description>
