         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the raising rates of depression may tie into the influence of social media and its tendency towards setting social standards like beauty or what "life should be/look like" with unrealistic goals/standards. That and the easy access to harmful or strong media that people back before the rise of the internet did not have access to. Examples of this can be traumatizing videos of people getting harmed or even witnessing fatal events in less than 10 seconds. Very easy to see how ugly the world is now a-days</div>]]></description>

Teens should limit themselves by recording their screen time and use their day to do other productive activities. Like actually doing homework or exercise. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Because of the entertainment included on phones it causes you to get more addictive to your phone, sometimes you don't notive how long you have been using your phone the hours of screen increases without noticing and that is a problem not knowing how to manage how much time you spent on screen.
