One’s intention may not be to come from a malicious place, but one’s impact can be. Thus, I think it is important to both know your intent and accept when your impact may be harmful. This I feel can help bring about a safe space (as safe as possible) to all when sharing.

I feel I learn most when I am more familiar with those around me because I feel more comfortable saying what I think, even if what I say might be incorrect. I gotta be wrong sometimes to learn but if I don't feel safe than I'm less likely to engage in that way
