Even claiming that it could cure Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. This compound was found to contain no actual creatine, and all the advertised benefits were false. Monster was awarded nearly 300 million dollars for the customers and sales that Bang stole from them with the false advertising.</p>]]></description>

The Australian government ordered them to pay $100 million in penalties, in addition to this, they had to pay $20 million to consumers who purchased tickets that Qantas Airways had cancelled. </p>]]></description>

They were suing about their stock size on the ad versus real life. Burger King claimed that these allegations were false while in court. The case moved on and the case was dismissed.</p>]]></description>

Lawsuits claim that with 32 grams of sugar per bottle that the sugar took away any health benefits coming from the vitamins in the water.
