The purpose of a Lesson Study is to help all teachers grow and to create interpersonal relationships and collective habits of inquiry that support continuing growth every day!
It is important to develop group norms that enables members to learn, as a lesson study requires teachers to venture out of their comfort zone. Examples can be (but not limited to): listening with an open mind, give 100%, stay on task, have a positive outlook towards yourself and others and be student-focused always!
