         <description><![CDATA[<div>1, they tend to see society as composed of distinct groups, each pursuing its own interests, which means the potential for conflict is always present. concentrate on issues of power, inequality and competitive struggle.<br><br>2,  In functionalism, society is more like a large group, emphasizing "consensus", everyone works towards a goal together, and each group has a common goal. Conflict theory rejects "consensus", and each group pursues its own interests, so conflicts also exist, also looking to understand how relationship of control are established and maintained.</div>]]></description>

It concentrate on gender equality, which focus on unequal situation between men and women that exists in most societies.<br>5. Macro level is for the general public, micro level is for the small rights on gender equality. It carried out research into the use of gender stereotypes and language in interactions, pointing out and challenging many taken-for-granted 'malestream' assumptions.
