Mr. Kumar went back to the table, after half an hour when Mr. Kumar went back to the live counter to check on progress the personnel assured that the pizza wont take more than 15 mins.
At around 9:10 when the pizza was still not served Mr. Kumar got furious and very disheartened and was continuously threatening to leave bad reviews on digital platforms as well as demanding to meet the General Manager to complain about the same.
At 9:20 when the pizza was served, the guest refused to eat it as it was already too late.
