Charley enters and kindly re-offers Willy a job, which Willy again refuses. Insulted, Charley gives Willy money so that the later can pay his insurance.</title>

         <title>Later at Frank’s Chop House restaurant, Happy convinces his waiter friend Stanley to help him seduce a woman sitting alone. Later, when Biff arrives, he tells Happy that his visit to Bill Oliver failed, as Oliver keeps him waiting all day and does not remember who he is. Out of spite, Biff steals a pen from Bill Oliver’s desk and runs away. Later, when Willy arrives, he reveals to his sons that he was fired. Unable to tell his father the depressing news, Biff leaves while Willy is babbling in the restroom. Happy uses the opportunity to leave his father to cavort with the woman and her friend. Biff and Happy end up leaving Willy at the restaurant.</title>

         <title>When Biff and Happy arrive home, they are confronted by their mother, outraged that they had walked out on their father. While Willy is planting seeds, Biff confesses his failure to achieve a loan and his failure as a person. Willy, expecting that Biff had failed simply out of spite for his father, is touched. He later imagines his brother Ben and makes the fatal decision to commit suicide, so that his family can reap the benefits of the insurance he has finally paid.</title>
