This book is about a robot, Roz, that woke up in a crate on an island with otters. Then the robot ventures through the island. He accidentally broke some eggs and there was one egg left. The egg that was left hatched he named the goose Brightbill. Later in the book, Brightbill migrates away and leaves Roz alone for 6 months. There is one classroom on every story. The kids in Mrs. Jewls' class are strange. Each of the chapters are about the different people. My favorite chapter is about when Mrs. Jewls asks students to pick a color and write about it. Each one has to choose a different color. I like this chapter because Rondi has trouble finding words that rhyme with blue.

The book "Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kittens" by Dave Pilkey is about Petey, who wanted to make a clone to rule the world. But the clone machine made his clone a baby. Then Dog Man found the baby clone and they lived together. I liked this book because it is funny and has a lot of humor. For example, Dog Man keeps jumping on Chief when he says to stop. I would recommend this book to people that like humor and funny adventurous graphic novels.

By Shaylee

In "The Million Dollar Shot" by Dan Gutman, Eddie Ball, known as the free throw signer, gets a change to win a million dollars for sinking a half court shot. But he is facing the pressure from his teammate, Aaron Carson. He overcomes his fears by believing in himself. What I liked about this book is that Eddie believes in himself to overcome a hard thing that most people cannot do. The funny thing is that Carson is good at basketball and reading people's minds. I would recommend this book to people who like basketball. Read this awesome book to find out more!

By Lucas
