What an amazing experience to be on a Zoom with people from all over the world! It was wonderful to instantly connect with people about their experiences in teaching. Even though the pandemic has been devastating, it has also brought us together with a common, shared experience. Today's session made me realize how fortunate we are to have these opportunities for growth. 

One thing Armen said jumped out at me: Growth isn't linear, and isn't just upwards towards the sun. Sometimes there is a barrier in the way, and we have to grow around it. Despite all of the challenges this year, it has really allowed me to be more innovative than ever before, and to take risks that maybe I wouldn't have before.
