Traditional Foods in Karo
Karo is my village where I was born , In Karo we can found many traditional foods like cimpa , tasak telu , pagit pagit etc
In Karo , The foods contain something that we can’t forget their taste , Example
1 .Cimpa
Cimpa is one of traditional foods in karo which is consist of flour and brown sugar , its taste is sweet and delicious , we can make it easy and quickly .
2. Lemang
Kandibata is where the lemang is found , Lemang is one of my favourite foods whose price is cheap , it is like a rice but its taste likes coconut , it is very unique .
3 . Pagit Pagit
Pagit pagit whose taste is spicy has many unique things , why I said that cause pagit pagit is from buffallo belly but its taste is delicious

Bakso boedjangan (food)
Last wednesday, me and some of friends went to bakso boedjangan(outlate) . Bakso boedjangan is the one of the most delicius bakso that i know. In social media Bakso Boedjangan are enough famous. Bakso boedjangan where located in Bintaro Sektor 7 is the nearest outlate here. We went with grab. The driver of grab who pick us to go there waited in front of our campus. Then after 10 minutes we arrrived there.
The waiters who welcome us are friendly. Then, the waiter brought us to the second floor. Yeahh we are here! BAKSO BOEDJANGAN!
We sat in a table which we choose before. The place also the atmosphere was cool. Not to noisy. Then we ordered some menu there. Some minutes later our foods delevered. The Bakso was big, and delicious. The gravy was deliciuos too. The Bakso which well known already tasted. We were very happy!

Pempek is a traditional food from palembang. You can find pempek wherever in south sumatEra. Pempek which made by mixing flour, fish meat and egg usually eat with spicy sauce called cuko. there is many type of pempek such as pempek lenjer, pempek adaan, pempek kulit etc. A place that sells pempek ussualy not just sellpempek but they also sell tekwan, model and lenggang. Rawon is a traditional food which is originally from East Java. This food is well-known as Black Beef Curry in western country. Where you can find Rawon Rawon easily is in Surabaya. You can find Rawon in Surabaya wherever you go, but it's quite hard to find it in Jakarta, only a few restaurant who served it. Everyone know it. In every places in indonesia, it has been sold. It has different taste to other noodle. the aroma of garlic oil make the taste more delicious. People who have lower money can buy it. If you ask Indonesian people, they always say that they had eaten chicken noodle.
The compositin is noodle which was made of flour. To make more tasteful actually added by MSG. Then, in chicken noodle contains chicken that has been cooked with tastes of sweet. And also it is added green onion. Being one of favourite food, the place where it was sold always full of people.
I want to compare chicken noodle in my place and Bintaro. In my place has a bit different taste from Bintaro. it has dark color which full by soy sauce but do not too sweet. Personally i the tase is more delicious. So, I tend to choose chicken noodle in my place.

Pecel is a traditional food from Madiun. Pecel can you eat whenever you want eat it because pecel has a unique taste but so delicious. Bus station Madiun where is so many seller of pecel. Usually in my place, pecel also use to breakfast. Now, pecel not only in Madiun but wherever i go i find pecel outlet like my city, Ngawi. Akhdiyat Duta Modjo (usually called Duta) born in Kentucky, united States on April 30, 1980 is the vocalist of Indonesian Band, Sheila on 7. He and his band have became popular since i was kid. My father likes to listening their songs and i amazed because of the deep and Duta's voice. And then i often listen to their old and new songs. A few months ago, there was an event that performing Sheila on 7 as guest star, and it was free. So, I and my friend join that event. Actually i want to ask my father to join that event too but he was on duty. I think if i watch Sheila on 7's performance with my father it will be more fun because it was the first time we watch Sheila on 7's performance live. And i saw Duta live on stage oh my god i'm speechless, he isn't change a lot. Although now he has had wife and 2 children, he still looks like a young boy i saw when i was kid. And even his voice getting better now. Oh i think i must watch their concert someday.

I wonder why the moci cakes are called the cake basket. Some are sold freely in powder form which is usually served in the form of dough.

Fried tofu is tradisional food from cilacap. This food made from tofu, flour, and another material. First, tofu was cutted into smaller as cube . After that, we cut off the top tofu at middle and take out of the tofu. Then, we fill tofu with vegetables. place the flour in a bowl where we can mix the flour with season. We add water into the bowl. If the dough too dry, we add some water until the dough mixed. Then, moving tofu from whatever think to safe. Fried tofu with oil which temperatur was very high. Fried until golden brown. Fried tofu ready to serve.

Satay which is one of Indonesian traditional food is my favorite food. satay is a dish of seasoned, skewered and grilled meat, served with a sauce. satay sauce is different in each different type of satay, that's why i like satay because the sauce has a flavor with a distinctive taste, i dont know what kind of sauce it is maybe kecap manis- a sweet soy sauce, peanut sauce, or the other. satay is usually served with lontong or ketupat slice, but satay is still delicious eventhough satay is served with warm rice only and accompanied by pickles (pickles) consisting of slice of onion, carrot and cucumber in vinegar, salt, and sugar Solution, besides satay has a good taste, satay is also easy to find, you can eat satay wherever you want because satay can be obtained from a travelingsatay vendor, from a street-side tent- restaurant, an upper-class restaurant, or at traditional celebration feasts. so, how about you? what is your favorite food?

Durian which is one of the kind of fruit that i like. You know why ? Because Durian taste so delicious in my sense, i love Durian even when it's expensive and even if i have to go through pass many obstacle. This is a true story that i have to pass many kilometers just for buy a Durian, i do all of it just to satisfy my desire to eat Durian. I love Durian, especially the one that taste sweet and a little bitter, i also like the one that just have sweet taste, but the most Durian taste that i love is the one that have sweet taste and a little bitter taste in it. Eating Durian make me feel happy and always want to eat again, Durian cause the consumer want again and again. Beside durian, Avocado jus,a drink that I like. I always buy it wherever I meet. Sweet taste that makes me like it. Avocado juice is what my sister also likes. I don't like it when the avocado is not mixed with milk because because the taste becomes bitter. before I feel stressed, I eat food that I like.

Banyumas foods is delicious. Banyumas food that i like is gethuk goreng. Have you ever heard ? Gethuk goreng Sokaraja is my favorit foods. You can find it in my city. Gethuk goreng is made by cassava and jawa sugar, so it has brown colour. I like this food because it has a sweet and savory taste. You can find this food in Sokaraja which is 8 km from Purwokerto.
