They commended the school for its obvious efforts to be inclusive and encouraged building on those efforts  in following areas as growth areas: 
1) a more global outlook--especially in terms of post-secondary education
2) inclusion of more nationalities, ethnicities, and religions: "international students have found that not knowing Japanese is a barrier that affects their wellbeing" 
3) more access to the study of more languages  
4) more awareness of economic diversity in the student body and efforts to make opportunities accessible to everyone regardless of family income. There is sometimes a barrier between students who can afford additional costs of opportunities and those who can't.
5) more openness and support of the LGBTQ+ community: the feeling among students that this type of diversity is "accepted" [tolerated?] more than it is embraced.
