      <description>An alumnus of Sierra Nevada University, Zachary Kogan received a bachelor of science in business administration from the school in 2011, following which he began working as sales director at East Coast Alpine, Inc. He worked as a sales manager with the company while pursuing his degree and served three years as director. During this time, Zachary Kogan managed a sales team of 15 associates spanning three locations and oversaw employee hiring, scheduling, training, and sales objectives.

Zachary Kogan joined Overseas Adventure Travel as an account executive in 2014 and achieved total sales of $9 million through one year with the business. He later worked as a senior sales manager at Grand Circle Corporation and joined Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) in 2016. He spent four years at CJP and most recently served as manager of partnership relations and regional strategy. This involved oversight of its institutional and micro-community relationships in Boston, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities.

Mr. Kogan is now a software engineering immersive fellow at General Assembly. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is an avid skier, hiker, and kayaker who enjoys playing music and attending live concerts beyond his professional pursuits. He&#39;s fluent in Russian and has a basic understanding of Hebrew and Italian.</description>
