1) Ben, who is a old man, in the movie he is the intern Jules, who is a important businesswoman and she is ben boss. 
2) Ben is a old man who doesn´t want be a load and he only wants live his life, doing that than he love, work. Jules is a important businesswoman than due to her success, she usually are busy, then she hires ben like a intern, and Ben become her best friend and help to Jules in her work.
