Just in this week alone, I debated with a parent about a conditional admission for immunizations, another parent about lack of 1:1 nursing support for his son and another parent about diabetes support on campus. In the hospital we are given a cap in California as to how many patients we have based upon illness/trauma criteria. In school we can have case loads of up to 7k students.
