Legally protects people from discrimination.
As teacher/trainers we have a responsibility to treat people equally, and not discriminate against people in regards to protected characteristics. Also be aware and ensure that nobody else in the group is discriminating against other.

Ensure appropriate resources are available and teaching styles adopted to enable people with disabilities to be treated equally.

Remember Democracy, individual liberty, rule of law, tolerance and respect.

Why? To keep everybody safe, to comply with law, to uphold the reputation of the institution.
