         <description><![CDATA[<div>3-2-1<br>Really simple concept. 3 minutes cardio, 2 minute strength, 1 minute core.  You can do 1 set as a warm up or complete 5 for an entire class period. She demonstrated a teacher lead workout it was insane. You can also have students be in charge of an excercise station and do student lead exercises. </div>]]></description>
