         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the United states history, measure worked out between the north and south with passing by congress in that allowed for&nbsp; admission of Missouri as the 24th state 1821. and with Maine they would join the union as a free state keeping the number of salves and free states equal. The slavery would be prohibited in any new terrorizes or sates formed in the north 36' 30' latitude Missouri's southerns border. And when the north was not created and Mexico owned it but the top of the us people wanted to have freedom and rights and the bottoms of the us map had slavery and no one had equal rights. </div>]]></description>
