Learners choose 2- 3 Laws and create a information poster about what the laws are and what rights are protected by them.

The Class Lead will split the class into two groups and provide each group with an A3 sheet of paper and coloured pens.

• Group 1 will write the word “Rights” in the centre of their sheet.

• Group 2 will write the word “Responsibilities” in the centre of their sheet.
  
  

Each group will discuss and write down what they believe are relevant rights or responsibilities in the workplace, using examples where possible.

·        Once completed, the groups will swap A3 sheets.
Using a different coloured pen, learners will:

• Add any additional ideas, and/or

• Disagree with points already written (with reasons).
  

·        After both groups have contributed to each sheet, the class will take part in a whole-group discussion, reviewing:

• Points that were agreed on

• Any disagreements and why

• How rights and responsibilities link to behaviour and expectations in the workplace
  

·        Photographic evidence of the completed activity can be uploaded to learners’ Padlet SI Group on Teams.

·        Learner chooses 3 Right and Responsibilities they feel most important to them to add to their Padlets.
