Every few days or so my parents and I have disagreements about how much I'm on my computer or how little I study for school. It goes back and forth and eventually stops but we always just end up with the same answer, they say I should stop being on the computer but I say I should keep staying on it. They think it's bad for me but I think it's good because it helps me do work, it helps me stay catched up with friends and so much more.

How does this relate to the theme?

This relates to the theme because it shows how different people have their own opinions and views on how things are or how they should be. It shows two different perspectives from two different people and explains how they feel about the other.

I grew up with a christian family, they always went to church every sunday, with all of our other family members. They always brought me along till I was about 8 years old, which was when our beliefs kind of split. They believed in christianity but I started to not really believe in it because of things like school, and science. I just never believed it was real, and we both disagreed on that. Eventually it got to a point where they allowed me to not attend church since I just didn't believe in it anymore. Our beliefs split up and formed new beliefs.

How does this relate to the theme?

This relates to the theme because it involves peoples beliefs, it again shows 2 different beliefs, one of my families and one of my own belief that I started believing in later on in my life. I was first believing in the first thing but later switched. And then we started disagreeing but eventually we did come to a standpoint where both parties were fine with the outcome, maybe not a perfect outcome, but both were happy.
