Evidence that their work is effective is the ability to get their desired facilities up and working. This organization is funded by donations that are accepted through their website. Some the people who work for our organization are doctors who will be there all day on their scheduled days, Counselors will be on the alternating days of the doctors, Volunteers that will be there during the day. Paid supervisors that will be there around the clock to be there for any assistance needed. The people in the organization and the community to come together to make people who feel like they are a burden to realize that they are actually not and that they are loved and cared for by reaching out to those who are considering getting assisted suicide. Our goal is to take time out of your day to spend time with them, provide more effective pain killers for those who are in need of it. We will have a  facility where elderly people can be taken care of by volunteers who are willing to spend quality time with the residents. Those who are disabled will be personally counseled so they can have the understanding that they are loved and cared for, rather than believing they are a burden. Those with an incurable disease will have access to more effective medication for pain and other negative factors of their health so they can be able to go on with their day to day life. It would be effective because the disabled, elderly, and those with incurable diseases would feel like someone really cares for them and does stuff for them voluntarily and not because they are a burden. We have chosen voluntary work for the patients because this way the residents don’t feel as if the workers are there only because it’s their job. The councilors are provided so the residents can have someone they can talk to. Doctors will also be provided on scheduled days throughout the week so the residents can have regular checkups. We are funded by voluntary donations. We host monthly fundraisers to raise money for our facility and the paid workers there. Our funding strategies are effective because our goal is to make these people noticed and to try preventing them from making the decision to get assisted suicide. Many people would donate to help us to keep this organization going. It is inspiring because it is to help those who can’t help themselves. 
A way people can get involved by volunteering at the facility, people can donate money and food for the facility. Doctors, counselors, and supervisors can be hired for pay at this facility.
